ForgeX Polska have many years’ experience in manufacturing gear forgings, delivered indirectly or directly to member companies of SAFRAN, Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, PZL Kalisz, Agusta Westland PZL Świdnik groupings.

We are able to deliver not only raw forgings but also machined forgings to our customers.

Currently, this service is provided mostly for Safran Transmission Systems Poland (forgings after initial turning delivered in short manufacturing lots). For each specific lot we perform forging, heat treatment, non-destructive testing (MPI), DT, laboratory destructive testing, rough machining – turning.
